About Me
I enjoy working with business owners because they are entrepreneurial in nature and enjoy solving problems like I do. Building solutions is what makes my business worth working with.
In the past, I started as a door to door sales rep, moved into retail sales. In retail sales, I sold phone service for one of the major companies. Here I learned a lot about customer service. Consumers are continuing to get more and more picky. Being able to stay calm and resolve the conflict is essential.
While I was graduating from Utah Valley University, I started a logistics business called “Topsoil Delivery & Services” where I put all my marketing experience to work every day.
After successfully starting up that business, I am taking the skills I built as I created that business and provide them to other businesses. Business to business work is more fulfilling to me because you build long-lasting relationships.
Adventure
When I am not working, I am a big fan of going out and going on an unknown adventure. Whether it’s rock climbing, surfing or a road trip, there is nothing like getting into the outdoors to see what mother nature has to offer us. These activities bring a lot of excitement into my life.
Reading
I strongly believe in the phrase, “it’s about whom you talk to and what you are reading that determines who you are in life.” I think people focus too much on the “the closest 5 people” around, when books can be that critical 6th person in your life that adds extra wisdom in your life.
My favorite author is Malcolm Gladwell, and then similar authors like James Clear and David Goggins that teach us how to push ourselves a little harder and develop great habits.
Exercise
When I am not working, My favorite saying in college was always, “the 2 most important buildings at your school are the library and the gym.” Both I feel are a vital part of “sharpening your ax” every day. Exercise is a big part of my life, and making sure to put good fuel (food) into my body is of extreme importance.
